Warranty on Service
Ottawa Lash Queen prices a 24 Hour warranty on eyelash extensions; if any lashes have fallen out within this time-frame, you may contact us right away to resolve the problem. This warranty covers clumping, white spots, falling lashes and twisted/crooked lashes.
This warranty does not carelessness and issues caused by the client neglecting the at-home aftercare. Details provided at http://www.ottawalashqueen.com/aftercare/
Allergies are not fun and having an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions can be uncomfortable. The technician will do when she can to help when this situation arises. However, Ottawa Lash Queen is not responsible for allergies to latex, acrylic or eyelash extensions. It’s the clients responsibility to check if he/she has an allergy before trying. No refunds or free removals will be given for this circumstance.
Thank you for your interest in this amazing program. Your membership ends 180 days from the first day of purchase. You may book a refill every 3 weeks (21 days) at no-charge. If you need to have a refill done earlier, there will be a early-refill fee of $20 ($60 regular price of a refill).
Last minute cancellations & no-shows really hurt a small business. The technician doesn’t live at the location she provides the service. The cost of a cab and other transportation cost add-up quickly to show up an appointment that isn’t there.
We ask politely that you provide 24 hours or more notice for an cancellation.
A small fee of $50 will be charged otherwise.
